Accommodation, Settlement and Care Package

All our workers stay in clean and respectable accommodation, usually sharing a room with a co-worker. Each house has a team leader responsible for maintaining the up-keep and tidiness of the house and we inspect the houses on a monthly basis. Rules are in place so there is no smoking inside, no shoes inside and the houses are kept to a high standard.

Our settlement team will ensure the workers are settled in their accommodation and give them a local interactive tour to help them get used to their new surroundings. They will coordinate inductions and work schedules with employers and ensure the workers know how to get to their induction and worksites.

Accommodation and settlement care are provided for the first fifteen weeks, after fifteen weeks the workers can stay on at the property or can make their own arrangements.
